Approval Workflow

Use `/dashboard/admin/stores` to process all pending store reviews.

Every decision should include a reason code and optional context for future audit response.

Decision Standards

Approve only when store profile, operational policies, and compliance posture are acceptable for go-live.

  • Approve: store is ready for customer traffic
  • Reject: deficiencies must be resolved before launch
  • Suspend: urgent risk or policy violation after activation

Escalation Rules

Escalate unclear or high-risk decisions to the platform owner before changing store status.
